And here we go. Next seminar up April 14th through the 16th, June 9th through the 11th for training camps on

the list we have Omaha Nebraska with a self-sufficient lifter camp that'll be May 20th

and in Seoul South Korea we have two camps going on in one day that's on April night

starting with a squat camp then at deadlift and power clean camp and when you buy both

those you get a $40 discount for squat and deadlift camps with spots still available, Las Vegas on March 5th,

Beaverton, Oregon at Starring Strength Beaverton on March 18th,

Queens, New York on March 19th, Phoenix, Arizona at weights and plates on April 8th,

and Baltimore, Maryland on April 30th at 5x3 training.

So I'll have some spots left for our first ever camp in Mexico.
