Happy New Year kids, next seminar January 9th through the 11th, then March 27th through the 29th.

For training camps, we have a deadlift and power cleaning camp going on January 17th.

That'll be on Long Island with the Italian stallions, Patrizo, and Palladino.

Then the following are all squat and deadlift camps with spot still available.

Grand Brojee is backstateside, January 24th in Costa Mesa, California at the Strength Co. Then we're over into Charleston on February 21st. That's Charleston, South Carolina. And finally on D-Day, June 6th in Indianapolis at Starring Strength, Indianapolis. Once again, those are all squat and deadlift camps. Guys, if you missed it, don't fret.
