And we're going to answer five more questions for you on this Friday. Number one question. Long time listener. We love when we hear that. Infertility for two years. We don't love when we hear that. So let's see what we can help out with. And it says
0:22.1	she has advanced endometriosis with lime-sized endometriomas on both ovaries. Her and her
0:28.6	husband live a very clean lifestyle and just want some advice. So advanced endo, Lauren, what do you
0:35.5	think about advanced endo and, you know, how advanced it is?
0:41.5	And do you do surgery and then go after root causes if time is of the essence or what's
0:48.0	your first thought when you hear advanced endo with endometriomas on both ovaries?
0:52.5	Yeah.
0:52.8	So exactly what you just said. I would go out
0:56.3	at it both ways. If I had infertility for two years, I would, and there was endometriomas present,
1:04.0	I would probably go after it. If they were recommending surgery, I would probably say, okay,
1:08.2	because time is of the essence, and will take, it will take a good
1:12.5	amount of time to reverse this. I mean, I'm talking, it could take a year to really get your
1:17.9	body to a place of decreasing the size of those and getting your body to a place of being
1:24.1	receptive to a pregnancy. I don't know, though. So it depends on if they're recommending that.
1:28.1	It may not be an option.
1:30.6	But I also know that to really go after endometriot or to really go after this,
1:35.6	we really have to go after the root causes of intramatriosis.
1:39.3	And I would say estrogen dominance with autoimmune component and just decreasing inflammation.
1:45.8	So that would be, it would be of like an all hands on deck type situation.
1:50.3	So you have one side of, okay, why are we exposing ourselves?
1:56.6	Sounds like you live pretty clean.
1:58.0	So maybe not it's, maybe it's not products you're using.
