0:45.7 | So my approach to it first is you do need to rest. |

1:01.4 | So I don't think that, you know, I think if you're going to bed early, you're needing a little bit of a nap, that's okay. |
1:07.6 | But if you're just pure exhausted and I'm not making it through, I get it. I was there too. |
1:12.9 | What helped me was Dr. Mercola hydrogen tablets, their H2 tablets, I dropped them in water. |
1:20.2 | You can have one to two a day. That helped me a lot. I did Rishi as an adrenal support. Camus is another good adrenal support being hydrated enough. |
1:33.3 | So I think a lot of the times, especially when you're nauseous, which is also common during this time, we're not drinking enough water. |
