And we got five more questions for our listeners.

So first one, Lauren and I were talking about this one.

And the question was about pregnancy exhaustion.

of Vivance. I think she said that she also doesn't do caffeine, some along those lines. So,

Lauren, let's talk about pregnancy exhaustion and then V Vance coming off it and let's see where the question takes us.

Yeah.

So pregnancy exhaustion is a very real thing.

It does get better in the second trimester.

So my approach to it first is you do need to rest.

You are, this is the most important time of a pregnancy as far as the formation of everything.

And so rest is needed.

It is crucial.

So I don't think that, you know, I think if you're going to bed early, you're needing a little bit of a nap, that's okay.

But if you're just pure exhausted and I'm not making it through, I get it. I was there too.

What helped me was Dr. Mercola hydrogen tablets, their H2 tablets, I dropped them in water.

You can have one to two a day. That helped me a lot. I did Rishi as an adrenal support. Camus is another good adrenal support being hydrated enough.

So I think a lot of the times, especially when you're nauseous, which is also common during this time, we're not drinking enough water.
