| 0:08.0 | I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you to Day seven, the final day of our series we've been exploring on |
| 0:17.3 | simplicity. This is simplicity in regard to your interior life. All week long you have been discovering |
| 0:26.4 | meditation techniques to help you interiorize, to focus on what matters most for you, to feel grounded, to feel as though you are enough, to calm |
| 0:39.5 | your mind and your body, and you've been taking part in a very important quest this week. I've heard from many of you |
