Summary

"These days it is so important to keep one's inner peace."

~ Fellow Meditator, Karla from Lotus, California, USA

What does simplicity mean to you? As you begin a new year, you may have goals to organize your home, plans to be more productive, and steps to take better care of your health. We often begin with the external around us as we improve our lives. The best way to improve your exterior life is to simplify your interior life. In this week's series, you'll discover how to improve your interior life.   This is part 6 of a 7-part Simplicity meditation series, episodes 2194-2200.   THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Simplicity Quest. You're encouraged to disengage from all media. Let go of the external this week and focus on your interior life.   THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:   Day 1:   Simplicity Awareness Visualization Day 2:  Affirmation "I am enough." Day 3:  Inhale + mentally repeat, "I am enough."
