Well, Dick, it's a busy time of year for you. You've got a pretty big event coming up.

The skarmin run. So this is not your first time around with this.

You're the founder of this event.

Give us a little overview of what the skarmin run is.

Okay, the skarmin run is on the skarmin trail in the northern Catskills.

We run the first 30 kilometers or 18.6 miles of it.

It starts in Wyndham at the Highway 23 is the trailhead and then it doesn't cross another road.

It goes over Wyndham High Peak, a little bumps of Burtnob and Acre Point, the monster blackhead mountain and just about the halfway point.

Then down into Dutcher's Notch over Stopl Point, which is just a little bit under 3500 feet and then down over north point to North Lake.

And it's 18.6 miles or 30 kilometers.

And this is going to be the 46 running of the race.
