This is a series that is particularly important during these times we're living

when there's a lot of negativity surrounding us through the media, through

living a life during a pandemic.

We're not sure how much longer this pandemic will last and there's a lot of uncertainty

and this causes a lot of tension on top of regular day to day life.

I've heard from so many of you letting me know that you're noticing more tension

and hostility around you and I've certainly noticed that as well.

That's why I wanted to start this series with you because I want you to find

that light within yourself and share it.

First, cultivate it.

This is a series for you to cultivate your confidence, embrace it.

Your confidence is going to inspire others around you.

I think that we're feeling so deflated because of all the things beyond our control,

especially with the pandemic.

So when you begin to feel more empowered, this is contagious, just as stress is contagious.
