| 0:54.0 | We're not sure how much longer this pandemic will last and there's a lot of uncertainty |
| 1:00.0 | and this causes a lot of tension on top of regular day to day life. |
| 1:07.0 | I've heard from so many of you letting me know that you're noticing more tension |
| 1:14.0 | and hostility around you and I've certainly noticed that as well. |
| 1:19.0 | That's why I wanted to start this series with you because I want you to find |
| 1:26.0 | that light within yourself and share it. |

| 1:35.0 | This is a series for you to cultivate your confidence, embrace it. |
| 1:43.0 | Your confidence is going to inspire others around you. |
| 1:48.0 | I think that we're feeling so deflated because of all the things beyond our control, |
| 1:55.0 | especially with the pandemic. |
| 1:57.0 | So when you begin to feel more empowered, this is contagious, just as stress is contagious. |
