Hello and thank you very much for downloading the Scotland Outdoors podcast.

I'm Mark Stephen and standing there in the Early Wise Memorial shorts, Mr. Ewan McElwreck.

It is a beautiful sunny day here in Scotland and I've been out.

In fact, we've been both putting out.

We met a really inspirational guy up on the island of Westry, who as a result of this very podcast changed his life.

I think I needed a bit of encouragement to actually get on the plane and come over to Scotland. And the two of you were that. As I was making my decision to take a pause in my life and think differently about the kind of work

that I wanted to do, I happened to start downloading the podcast. And I think the way that you

talk about the countryside and the way of life that comes with being in the countryside and

being in Scotland really sort of helped to get me on the plane.
