It was years ago where was it like abs of steel or eight minute abs came out and then another company's like eight minutes

that's way too long on your abs. We'll do seven minutes.

And then another company came out and says seven, we can get you down to five. And then somebody else came out and said,

one plank is fine.

Kristen is on this plan. And she has solicited my help to try to get a little bit more muscle on her because her doctor

is saying, look at you.

Well, so it's not technically my doctor.

I went to a wellness facility.

I'm actually trying to get to the bottom of this whole

UTI situation and then when I came when I walked in and I was getting checked in they

asked if I wanted to do a body analysis and I was like yeah sure let's see how bad you know all this is you

you look in the mirror and go I'll give you a body analysis I look damn good.

I said is there a line on there for a hot mess?

Because I feel like that's where I am right now

with the amount of antibiotics coursing through my veins.

So we did the body analytics
