Today I want to talk about OCD and eating disorders.

There's a lot to talk about when we're discussing OCD and eating disorders.

There's a lot of gray in between OCD and eating disorders, and OCD likes to hijack eating

disorders, and it looks a bit different.

And if you're getting traditional eating disorder therapy, it may be missing the mark because

it's actually OCD and disguise.

So we're going to talk all about it and talk about the different ways it can show up, and

sometimes it shows up together, and sometimes we'll go all into it because there's so much

to say about this.
