Today we'll talk to you about how to turn those fearful moments where your child's

anxiety or OCD is bubbling up or often unexpected, how to turn those into helpful therapeutic

moments where we can turn them into challenges.

I'm going to talk about how to do that and how to do that spontaneously because it can be

really hard in the moment when your kids are turning into a puddle and they're faced

with a fear or discomfort that they're anxiety or OCD says they can't handle and often

it happens right at the most in-opportune times.

When you're traveling or when you're in a hurry or when you have to go somewhere or

when you're in front of other people, I guess those are all mine, I did my social anxiety.

So I want to talk to you about how to turn some of those into helpful moments.

You're not going to be able to turn all of them into these beautiful therapeutic moments,

but if you can turn some of them into helpful exposures and challenges, I'm going to even

teach your kids how to do that themselves, that's long-term success right there, I mean

that's living with your skills and building them as things happen and arise, which they

almost always do.
