Summary
None of us like to see our kids suffer. That’s why it’s so hard to see our kids struggle with anxiety or OCD. It can consume their life and ours and that’s heartbreaking.
But no matter how badly we would like to take their anxiety or OCD away from them, we just don’t have the power to do so.
In this week’s AT Parenting Survival Podcast, I talk about how we often try to make our children’s anxiety or OCD go away, and why it doesn’t work - and sometimes makes it worse. I also cover our role in their journey and the things we can do to make long-term prognosis brighter.
Also, thanks to those of you who have supported my son’s Etsy store and made him feel empowered and confident!
