Living with anxious kids requires a different kind of parenting. Sometimes it can feel exhausting. Sometimes it can feel frustrating. And sometimes it can feel inspiring and hopeful. It can be quite the roller-coaster ride.In The AT Parenting Survival Podcast, I am doing a monthly series highlighting real life stories from members of the AT Parenting Community. This month I want to introduce you to Katherine. Katherine is raising two young children with anxiety. She talks about her struggles and her effort to create a home that celebrates even the smallest of wins.I always find her inspiring, uplifting and real. She is always full of creative ideas and she graciously shares some of them with us during this interview. The AT Parenting Community opens it's doors only a few times a year! One of those times is coming up next month. To get on the waitlist and not miss the opportunity to join us, click here.
