| 1:15.3 | me through that and they will share with me their desperate stories of how they haven't |
| 1:22.1 | been able to help their children or how their children are having all these intense problems and what would I recommend or if they can do virtual therapy because they can't find anybody in their community or even in their state that can help their child. |

| 1:42.0 | I was up late at night, way past when my family would go to sleep, |
| 1:47.0 | responding to people's emails and messages, trying to give them some guidance, because I would know what I'd want to at least tell them. |
