But a lot of them are struggling with motivating their kids, because many of us, myself included, know what our kids need to do or we read and listen

to podcasts about what our kids can do to beat their anxiety or beat their OCD, but we fall short with our kids because

our kids are like, not going to do it. I don't want to do that. That's stupid.

I don't want to talk about it. That's dumb. Or stop talking about my anxiety or that's not my anxiety. I just want to do that or that's not my O. C. Or stop talking about my anxiety.
