Because today we're going to be talking about a big parenting issue for everybody out there.

And that is, don't, don't, don't, don't, sleep issues.

If you have a kid, you probably have experienced sleep issues sometime in your parental career.

If you haven't, you are so lucky and you don't have to listen to this podcast, but if you're

like the rest of us, you probably have hit some bumps. Now if you have anxious kids or

sensitive kids you probably have hit some much bigger bumps because anxiety and

sleep issues go hand and hand. But even if you don't have an anxious

kid you can definitely have sleep issues because typical kids have sleep fears

just as much as anybody else.
