0:21.6

And so I wanted to sit down with her and have a conversation with her ahead of the National Championship Meet in Wisconsin, which at the time of releasing this episode is one week away.

What's really cool about her, though, is prior to her time at Providence, Alex attended a university in the UK where she was the national U20 cross country champion in 2022.

0:42.2

And she also earned a bronze medal at the European U23 cross country championships also in 2022.

interesting to hear about. Alex holds PRs of 405 in the 1500, 852 in the 3K and 1518 in the 5k.
