There are major developments in two of Donald Trump's four indictments tonight, if you're keeping track at home.

The first is out of that federal classified documents case in Florida.

We just learned this evening that Trump employee number four, that's how he's identified in the documents, appears to be cooperating with special counsel Jack Smith.

Here's why that matters.

In the superseding indictment in that case, that's the one that came later.

One of the most striking revelations was in exchange between two Mar-a-Lago employees describing how, quote,

the boss, Donald Trump, wanted security surveillance footage deleted.

And an IT Mar-a-Lago worker, who was also known as Trump employee four, refused.
