Good evening from New York, I'm Chris Hayes, Donald Trump, and his band of racketeers

are coming to Georgia to be arrested.

Last week, the ex-president and 18 co-defendants were indicted in Fulton County for plotting

to overthrow the election in 2020, both in Georgia and in all the states across the Union,

the swing states.

Funny will us at the deadline for everyone to turn themselves in by this Friday at noon,

and beginning yesterday morning, one by one, the gang started showing up to be arrested.

First was Scott Hall.

He's a bail bondsman from the Atlanta area, who was involved in the breach of voting

systems in the Georgia County of Coffee County, next one of the architects of the conspiracy

to overthrow American democracy, John Eastman, a lawyer to the ex-president and was also

the author of the infamous CUMEMO, suggesting that Vice President Mike Pence could unilaterally

declare Donald Trump the winner on January 6th.

Today, we saw two of the fake electors from Georgia turn themselves in, David Schaefer,

former state senator and former chair of the State Republican Party, and Kathy Latham,

she's former head of the party down in Coffee County.

Then came several lawyers, Ray Smith, a Georgia attorney on the Trump team who made false

claims about election fraud or state legislative hearing.

Kenneth Cheesebro, another key player who authored no less than, at least as far as we can count,

three CUMEMOs pushing the fake electors scheme.

Sydney Powell, one of Trump's most public-facing, memorable lawyers who spread utterly outlandish

lies about the election, Jenna Ellis, who also wrote memos furthering the false electors
