| 1:30.8 | Before you start, choose a dedicated space in which you can meditate. This could be any comfortable safe space. |
| 1:40.0 | However, because the focus of this meditation is deep sleep, I suggest you meditate in your bed. |
| 1:55.1 | Prepare yourself, bring intention, |

| 2:24.0 | to sleep to your practice and when you comfortably and we will begin. |
