Today on the podcast, I speak with the one and only Jack Flood.
Jack is a professional decathlete who has represented Team USA before. Prior to his years as a professional, Jack won both NCAA Division III heptathlon (indoors) and decathlon (outdoors) titles during his senior track and field season in 2017. Jack shares his journey through social media and has reached millions through his inspirational content. Jack is such a legend that Chipotle named a bowl after him.
This conversation was fantastic. Jack is full of ebullience and brought incredible wisdom to the podcast. In this conversation, Jack and I discuss discipline, training for many hours a day, taking risks, developing confidence when no one believes in you, his journey from DIII to professional athlete and much more. Lastly, we discuss his Chipotle deal and what he'd make for Gordon Ramsay for dinner.
