I encourage you to repeat the affirmation in the morning when you wake up and in the evening before you go to bed at night.

morning after you've had your breakfast, after you've had some exercise and meditation, then allow yourself to look at the news and just glance at maybe two headlines that you'll allow yourself to

read and reflect on and don't continue to scroll and read all the different news that's out there in the world

because there's a lot going on, but a lot of it isn't important to you.
