Yeah, that's a good one. A lot of people ask me um why did you decide to stop drinking and usually

i'm like oh i didn't feel like it really served me you know i'm just doing it for my health like

try to sleep better but the real truth is i had a drinking problem really i did and was there

one tipping point on a night where you're like, okay, now it's time to stop?

Or was it a slow bill?

Yes.

So I never had a problem consecutively drinking.

Like I was not the person who was drinking every night.

I honestly probably only drank like once, maybe twice a week.

But my problem was when I drank drank I would never know when to stop

I was a huge binge drinker did you not know or did you know and you just decided to say

screw it when you were at that time of like okay one more is gonna put me over the edge

or did you really not know? I knew.

Yeah.

I did know.

I knew.

I knew my limits.
