And I'm going to be going over as usual why these tools are so important and then I'll leave you in the meditation to teach you how to bring these tools into practice in your day-to-day life.

So when we are in our first three years of life,

we operate and perceive the world in brains and in states of

exceptionally different from the adult way of processing the world

up until around age three is dominantly using the right hemisphere which is the hemisphere that is generally has very little

It's far, far, the right hemisphere, far more embodied in that it has far more connections

physiological expressions to get its needs met. What we call emotions are essentially messages just as much

as thoughts are messages, but emotions are messages that are expressed through two principal components.

The first is physiological shifts and actions or gestures or impulses.

And the second is the way emotions change attention, how we focus our attention.
