I need to be able to be able to have control. I need to be able to have self-control because it's so easy to just kind of like let yourself go when you have money.

That's why you see a lot of rich people who are unhealthy

because they eat the finest foods. They do, you know, they get comfortable, they go on

vacation, they do these things and they get out of shape. And it's like, nah, dude, that ain't me. I'm trying to have self-control. And the same thing is true. It's like when you have more opportunity to spend money, it really tests how much control you have. Right? If you could buy that car, how much discipline

you have not to buy the car.

You know, you could do this thing,

how much discipline you got to not do the thing.

So for me, I am an advocate of having balance and enjoying life and, you know, not just

being one of these ultra frugal people who just, you know, never enjoys their money, but when you're broke you have to be

ultra frugal and then even when you make money you still got to have some discipline

to not blow it all so you got to change your mindset when it comes to money and spending.

You don't deserve to spend money when you're broke.

You do not deserve to eat out.

You don't deserve to go hang out with your friends and spend all this

money. Go hang out with them and you know what you want to go hang out with them

even though that's going to kind of waste time to get you out of your situation

but you know you want to go hang out with them for

you know a night whatever hang out for a night but do it on something that cost you

know money but you know you shouldn't be hanging out with your friends every

night if you're hanging out with your friends every night and you're broke

There's a massive problem because you're probably spending money but more importantly you're wasting all this time that you could have been self-developing that's going to get you out of this

situation.
