What's going on?

Wealth Builders, Ryan Faneda here. Today I am giving you the 10 tools that I use in my

real estate investing business. Now, if you are new to the channel, you have no idea

who I am. I have done over 700 house flips and wholesales.

That equates to over 100 million dollars worth of real estate that I have bought and sold.

In addition to this, I've been able to buy 650 rental units that we currently manage.

It started off with just doing the Burr method and buying single family properties for myself.

That then turned into doing some Airbnbs and then that turned into raising capital with my fund at

Panata Capital and we've bought the majority of those units as apartments nationwide

so that being said got a lot of experience over the last decade doing this and I've been able to figure

out which tools are working today.

And here's the thing.

Tools have changed over time.

What used to software is and different things we used five years ago

we no longer used today and so I'm gonna give you the 10 tools that are working right

now in our business that are basically necessary for everything that we do. Now before I jump into the 10, okay, I want to give you a couple of disclaimers so that you just know exactly what you're walking into. Okay?
