All right, Ramblers, let's get rambling. Let's talk seminars. Just a reminder that all seminars for

2021 will be in Wichita Falls. Next one up, it would be April 16th through the 18th, then June 11th through

the 13th, and then August 13th through the 15th. For camps coming up, we have a coaching development camp

at Starting Strength Houston on March 6th covering how to coach the power clean. And we have a

squat camp on March 13th at Starting Strength Dallas. For squat and deadlift camps, we have a few

on the list. We'll be in Starting Strength Austin on March 28th in Mootis, Connecticut at Anino Strength and

conditioning on April 17th, and then at Starting Strength Houston on April 24th.

Rob Santana and his nutrition extravaganza are coming to Starting Strength Houston on March 13th,

and then we still have a multitude of meats that testify strength and conditioning in

Omaha including a USA weightlifting meat some strong man action and a strength lifting meat

where we do in fact contest the squat starting strength gyms are all open and operating

where you can come in and work with a coach for less than 30 bucks a session new cities

popping up all the time.

And of course, shout out to Ray Gillenwater of Starting Strength Gems

who pulled me from a burning tank and saved my life during the Revolutionary War.
