Mr. Speaker, I've been asked to reply on behalf of my right honourable friend, the Prime Minister,

who's aboard in the Middle East,

furthering our interests in a region that's fundamental to our national security and prosperity.

Mr. Speaker, I'm sure the whole House will wish to join me in offering our warmest congratulations

to his Royal Highness Prince Harry and Megan Markel and in wishing

them every happiness in the future. Today also marks the 100th anniversary of the creation

of the RAF. The whole House will want to express our thanks for a century of service to this

country.

Thanks to the outstanding effort by the Labour Council in North East Lincolnshire,

the Government has included the Greater Grimsby Project in its industrial strategy document,

but we need more than a byline in a glossy magazine to make its potential a reality.

Will the First Secretary say when we can expect his government to put its money where

its mouth is so that we can get going?

I think beneath this I can welcome the fact that the Honourable Lady is welcoming the industrial strategy.

As she should do, it will be good for Grimsby. It will be good for many communities around this country,
