| 1:28.4 | implementation agreement that allows businesses to plan and invest with confidence and |
| 1:34.3 | this government will make the pursuit of that progress a top priority in the weeks |
| 1:39.8 | ahead but mr. deputy speaker while we work to achieve this deep and special partnership, |
| 1:47.0 | we are determined to ensure that the country is prepared for every possible outcome. |
| 1:54.0 | We have already invested almost £700 million in Brexit preparations. And today today I am setting aside over the next two |
| 2:03.6 | years another £3 billion and I stand ready to allocate further sums if and when needed. |
| 2:11.6 | Mr Deputy Speaker, no one should doubt our resolve. But this budget is about much more than Brexit. |
