I don't think you can look at the upsurge in migration during the Biden term and not say

that it wasn't purposeful. I think it was purposeful. I think like many other policies, be it

had set up in Trump One to evacuate Americans from difficult places all over the world. They

reverse that. And when the Afghanistan debacle happened, suddenly they had no infrastructure

to evacuate our people. I think lots of those things happened across agencies simply because they just wanted to reverse what Trump had done.

And really, I don't think there was much thinking beyond that.

And in terms of the migration issue, it served a political end. I don't think anybody can look at a porous southern American border

and say that that's good for U.S. national security. I don't care what your politics are.
