and Genoa. He introduces me to the National Swiss Day, August 1st, every year, and the

meal that's appropriate with them, reclete and sausages, white sausages. Here, Lorenzo explains much better than I, ever could.

And veggie is a typical bread that is a serve during this special day, the Swiss day, along

with other recipe like raclette.

Raclette is a very hasty recipe because it's a melted Swiss cheese that is topping, boiled potatoes and eaten with

a cucumber and maybe a bit of black pepper. And maybe those that would like to have a heavier

meal, they can even go with a brathouse that normally are great.

Bratquist are a sort of Frankfurt, the beerstel.

But here in Switzerland, they are white, not pink, like typically what you can have with the hot dog in New York.

And they are very delicious as well.
