This is John Bachelors, speaking with my colleague Brandon Wichert, whose new book is about

COVID-19 and so much more, it's entitled Biohacked China's Race to Control Live.

I asked a question about how China was able to get a hold of NIH and DARPA information

in its quest to perfect a virus that we know is COVID-19 by genetic manipulation and

working at the Wuhan lab is the suspicion, London Times has a lengthy piece about this

in these last days.

Brandon had a very clear explanation about how Chinese spies, PLA agents, using grant money

from the NIH were able to get access not only to NIH's files on genetic manipulation

of viruses, but also into DARPA which is most secret, most secure information about

bio-weaponry around the world.

The background of all this is that the PLA, according to Brandon's reporting, has been

the business of constructing a bio-weapon for some time, maybe many bio-weapons.

But how to get inside NIH and DARPA?

The answer?

No, nobody was really checking and you're right, it is directly the PLA that controls that

lab in China.

DARPA, basically DARPA partnered in the last year of the Obama administration to do

the Cancer Moonshot, DARPA partnered with the National Institute of Health and basically

opened up their secret files or whatever so that the NIH researchers could do these different

kinds of research on medicines.
