This is John Match, a. Report that Russia is transferring nuclear power technology for submarines

to North Korea to assist in what presumably is a build-out of their boomer fleet, the ability

to launch a submarine with missiles on board and proceed

towards the U.S. or its allies and launch a missile. Here, Bruce Bechtel, my colleague, answers the

question about the North Korea Navy in general. It's not a bright, shining object.
