That would be the Federal Reserve with interest rate cuts

that would hearten the market. The next best date is September. Liz warns, however, it's do or die for the Fed because as Liz adds look out below

if the Fed doesn't cut in September.

Yes, the September 17 and 18 is the actual date, so mid-September

everyone expects a cut. And then the next one is right after the election, November 6 and 7, or the meetings, and then there is also a meeting in December so you could

conceivably have three months in a row where they cut rates it's not

inconceivable historically I think the Fed has been wary of cuts before an

election. September would fall into that category obviously, but I don't know

people seem to have kind of walked away from that concern and Wall Street.

If they don't go to raise in September, watch out below because right now that is absolutely

baked into the expectations on the market.
