Non-Proliferation Policy Education Center.

We're going in the opposite, proliferation education center because not only does Poland indicate

through its leadership, Mr. Duda, that it is eager to house nuclear weapons in Poland, matching the nuclear weapons from Russia housed in Belarus across the border.

Not only is Germany rethinking its opinion of having nuclear weapons on German soil, but also Henry here introduces us to the South Korean notion of a nuclear weapon.

And enough in South Korea is known already about how to make a weapon that the U.S. has put

it on a watch list.

Well, South Korea has made very clear that they've always wanted to get close to nuclear weapons.

They've tried to do it covertly a few times. Overtly, they want to have enrichment. They claim to make a nuclear submarine,

which now the North Koreans are reported to be working on. But of course, enrichment, as we know,

from our Iranian experience, brings countries to the brink of bomb making. And it's not for nothing

that they're interested also in recycling spent

fuel to get plutonium with something called pyro processing. All of these things have been

percolating in the background for many, many years.

However, now the political leadership of the party in power has got their leadership

publicly saying, we should get nuclear weapons if we can't get the Americans to station

nuclear weapons on our soil again.

So they put on a proliferation watch list with regard to our ever exporting nuclear technology to them in the future.

The question is, you know, do they really need our assistance in any respect?

It's not clear.
