We don't need to worry. We don't need to be anxious about tomorrow.

You know, tomorrow can take care of itself, but what we do need today is a present mind.

Because every day we wake up, every day we come into this grand rising.

You know, there are solutions and there are problems.

There's joyful events to be had.

But every day has some sort of problem.

And if we are focused on the problems of tomorrow, the problems of the future,

that may not even be real, we are taking away our presence, our energy,

and our good works from the present moment, our ability to shape life today into its glory,

into how we want the day to pan out, building our pace within the day so we can honor the day,

give gratitude, receive, be open, and just simply enjoy ourselves.

It's usually ourselves in our mind that is creating a lot of this pain, isn't it?

It's usually ourselves that is keeping us away from the present moment.

Because our mind will play tricks on us.

Our mind will play a lot of tricks on us.

Everything we think isn't true.

All our thoughts aren't really our thoughts, aren't representations, isn't a representation of our heart, of our spirit.

So we need not to worry about the problems of tomorrow.

But instead, today we tap into a present mind.

Because a present mind is a brilliant mind.

A present mind is a focused mind.

A present mind can create in the moment, can shift life.
