Well, hey, guys, welcome to our daily drive. If we haven't met, my name is Carlos. And I get to be a part of

the pastoral team here at Lake Point. And we get to hang out this week for a few minutes every day as we dive into the Word of God.

And this week we're talking about the fear of the Lord.

And we've been meditating on Deuteronomy chapter 14, verse 4 that says,

serve only the Lord your God and fear only him, obey his commands,

listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.

We also read that the wages of sin is death and God has given us his grace, even while

we were still sinners Christ died for us.

And we also talked about how the fear of God destroys the fear of men and every other fear

in our lives.

And we've also learned how God blesses

those who tremble at His Word. And so we want to approach His Word with a humility and an awe

and a reverence and an expectation that God's going to speak to us and that's going to change

our lives. And so today, here's how we're going to wrap our week.

We live in a time where we have access to more preaching, Bible podcast, access to Bible studies,

more than any other generation in history. Unfortunately, for some, many settle for simply
