Welcome to GrowCook Eat Arrange, the podcast of me, Sarah Raven, and today I have our head gardener Josie Lewis as my guest. And the reason I really wanted to have her on at this time of year

is lots of us are going away on holiday and we're stressed, particularly with the increasingly hot and dry summers that we've been having with what on earth we're going to find when we get home, whether our gardens are just going to be plain dead, particularly the containers.

you. And the first I'll start with is it really is definitely true that in our experience here,

the bigger the container, the easier is to keep the compost hydrated. And so, you know, it makes sense, doesn't it?
