Because I've really noticed recently that there's a kind of big increase in interest

in edible flowers.

And I think that probably goes with gardening and with food, but I get asked more

about edible flowers now than I was five years ago, ten years ago, whatever. So I thought it might

be really nice to do a sort of recap, a kind of general overview of edible flowers that you can

this group of plants is that you genuinely don't need a big garden. You can really, really just

have a few pots on a window ledge, on a sunny balcony, or on a doorstep. Or of course,
