Let's go. Let's dive in. Let's dig deep because I'm going to be very honest. I don't have the

energy. Great way to start. Tell me on a scale of one to ten your energy level. Zero. I mean,

I'm going to say a one because obviously I'm moving around but I have not a lot of energy. I don't

want to be around people. I want to literally go to sleep all the time. I just want to go to sleep.

And why is that? Explain why you're a zero. Well, I think that multiple reasons. One, I wake up

and I have some energy and I have to pose right away. What level of energy do you have when you wake

obviously we get the boys ready for the day or for school now. And then I need to eat breakfast

at a certain point before I work out so that I can have enough energy from my workout because

every single workout now I'm like shaky. Like within two sets of anything or 10 minutes on a

cardio, I'm just shaky. Like you see people at the end of a marathon and they're wobbly. Like
