A country that's adept at overcounting its GDP undercount something far more significant.

Warheads, missiles, silos, what are they undercounting in the People's Republic to our best estimate?

And you have to understand something, and it's not unlike Russia.

The Chinese build dual-use systems, meaning missiles, airplanes, bombers, and ships,

they can have both nuclear and non-nuclear warheads.

And they test them in this way. And then they claim, oh, no, no, no, there's a sharp line

between all these things over here are conventional and they don't have nukes. And then over here,

well, they don't talk much about what they have in the nuclear area. As John Howe, who is a

former top official at Lockheed

Martin and also now has his own business in Alabama and writes reports for most of the major

defense organizations in the U.S. government has come out with a study that he says there be

their H-20 bomber that carries between 10 and 40 tons of weapons,

is a theater nuclear capable weapon with a range. They'll have about 1,500 to 2,500 warheads in the next decade that are just devoted to the bombers, which aren't counted in any numbers that you see

officially from our intelligence services.
