So we talk about a strategy by Beijing, which really embodies a number of non-market practices.

And by that, we mean practices that undermine market dynamics in ways that make it very

difficult for Western competitors to operate.

And the battery supply chain is a really good example of where these non-market practices have taken hold.

So non-market practices can include massive subsidies to fledgling industries.

It can include IP theft.
