Now I'm going to try something a little different this time.

Instead of explaining the prayer request ahead of time, I think it might be a little more manageable

if I just start praying for these people and you join in with me, praying for them by name

and by their situation as you hear the details during my

prayer. All right, let's get to prayer for our friends, our brothers, our sisters in Christ.

Lord, I want to pray for Leslie and specifically for her friend Andy who has been released

from prison.

He's out now, but he says he does not feel worthy of love or even normal blessings in life.

Lord I can understand that.

I ask that you give him a sense of how much you love him regardless of how he feels about it.

I ask Lord that you would help him to receive your forgiveness and to trust in you as his

Savior.

Lord show him examples of people who have felt the same way.

People like the apostle Paul who says he is worst of all sinners and yet he was given grace by you Lord because that is an example for everyone else

Lord I pray that you would show Andy show him your great love show him the transforming power of it and that it's really not about him, but it's about you,
