In this episode number 231, I've invited my mom friend on Karen Harmon to share a little

bit of her story.

When we bring it to the light, the enemy can't work with that.

I think when we keep it in the dark and we keep it inside of us, the enemy loves to work

in darkness.

That's just what he does, but when we bring it to the light, I think that's when it's

like, okay, he can't do anything.

I'm all about listen, have all the field, yell, cry, scream, do what you need to do.

God can handle it.

And the thing is he already knows.

So it's really almost like us being honest with him and us growing our faith.

I know if I express this, I know that he's got this.

And the thing is, when you do express it and you're on the other side of that, it's like

all of a sudden in your heart, you know, he's for me.

He's got this.

One way we can avoid isolation if we want to be this community that is for each other is

to live honestly, honest with our emotions, honest with God.

And I am so thankful that Karen is coming on here and sharing her journey.

And that didn't go as expected.
