I think people think you just sleep train and our approach is that we want to set the kids up for success in the sleeping arena.

Those are some trigger words that I think when parents, moms in particular hear them, they already feel oppressed or scared.

We try to show that there are so many ways you can shepherd your kids sleep where they don't have to cry it out.

I think it was the first night I brought my oldest son home from the hospital and I was up multiple times that night.

I thought is this the rest of my life and I could not have any perspective that he would ever sleep all the way through the night.

I'm here to say he's 13 now and he does.

But in those years between I know as parents we are desperate for help and I so wish I had Jen and Robin coaching me through how to read the cues of my kids and to adjust my parenting around each individual kid to help shepherd them and good healthy sleep habits.
