And so today I want to take you through an extended version of the meditation that was done

So just a reminder that these meditations are intended to be done in the

stillness and silence of a space that you can feel comfortable to close your eyes and settle

into this moment. So if you're anywhere that requires you to be mindful and aware, if you're

Otherwise, let's begin with a deep breath in, and breathe out, and let it all settle. Now start by simply arriving here in this moment, in this body, and this practice today.

Start to allow for yourself to become aware of the breath, breathing in and breathing out, letting that air enter in through the nose and

sigh out through the mouth.

Breathing in and sighing out.

And then one more time, breathing in, and letting it all go.

Now start to let the breath return to its natural rhythm.

You don't need to control it or change it.
