So as I live my life today in this meditation.

I'll share just hopefully very brief words

that maybe are a little bit unusual

for these short comments

at the end of the meditation on Wednesdays.

But the, you know, the Buddhism is the practice of

the Dharma. Sometimes people study the Dharma. But I like the idea of practicing the Dharma.

And then a very good question is, where is the Dharma?

So you shouldn't answer in a book.

My answer is a Dharma is in our hearts.

And then the question is, how do you know it's in your heart?

How do you find it in your hearts?

You find it in the heart's peace,

in the heart's happiness. When the heart is peaceful, when the heart is happy, that's the

Dharma. And then you can ask, well, if that's the Dharma, what is it teaching us? It's teaching us to be peaceful.

It's teaching us to go through the world happy.

And is that all?

No.

If you can breathe with it and center yourself in the heart's peace and the heart's ease,

its happiness, its goodness, then it doesn't stay just in the heart. Then you'll find it
