To me, earn PR is the key to having more traffic, more visibility, and more sales because ads and social media, they're not sustainable and they're not SEO optimized.

You can't do a search for social media and you don't own your social media.

So in this day and age, especially when Rick is talking about working smarter and not harder, always ask yourself.

Am I doing something that is giving me a high ROI for my time?

Am I building long-term assets?

That's searchable.

That's going to continue to give me traffic.

And if the answer is yes and this is what you want, then I would definitely say that PR is the way to go.
