| 0:35.0 | Find a space, a place in which you can meditate safely and comfortably. |
| 0:47.0 | Put on comfortable clothing and when you are ready we will begin. |
| 0:59.0 | Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin. |
| 1:07.0 | Start by inhaling a deep long breath. |
| 1:17.0 | Notice the breath. |
| 1:21.0 | Notice the breath, experience the breath, the action of breathing. |
| 1:30.0 | Allow the space between each breath at the end of the inhale, pause for a moment at the end of the exhale |
